In this Online Express Bill Pay video, I’m going to show you how to create and edit your online bill payment form. Before you set up your form, you need to sign up and agree to the terms of service for: Blackbaud Payment Service, which collects and stores credit and debit card information from your NetClassroom payers. Blackbaud Merchant Services, which is your secure payment processor. Online Express Bill Pay, which enables you to set up bill pay forms for NetClassroom and download your transactions for Student Billing. Once you finish signing up, you are ready to create the online bill pay form that your student relations, and in some cases students, will use to pay student bills. On the Get started tab, you select the Blackbaud Merchant account you want to use to process transactions. You can only use one merchant account for the form. Under Enter NetClassroom Link, enter or paste your school’s NetClassroom link. The link you enter here is used to show you a preview of your form and when loading the Blackbaud Secure Payments page. After you enter the link, click Save template. The program will verify that the link is correct. If the link cannot be verified an error message will appear. My link doesn’t verify because I’m in demo mode. For you, however, when the link verifies, you will see a Remove template button. You can click this button if you ever need to update your NetClassroom link.
