…talk about the whole year. Just because often it’s just xxxx for whatever reason, it’s the next month, it’s the next deadline, the next campaign, whatever, we don’t think for the whole year so just to have that kind of xxxxx. It also means that potentially you can fit those things in because you give yourself a bit of head planning, you know, time ahead, and also not to bite off too much to try xxxxxxx for example if it is you just decide I’m going to do for it xxxxx once a quarter maybe for example and to figure out a way to do that. Another thing I was thinking about. You know you were talking about big party stuff? Big huge stuff. I suppose it’s about maybe having a crystal clear huge kind of big humungous xxxx goal or something, like a big goal to have. you know. Kind of, like, if that’s super clear people are onboard with it. If you don’t get there it’s cool because everyone just wants to be along to try and get there. Do you know what I mean? It may not get there but it’s kind of like if it’s a big enough kind of mission, I don’t know? I still think we need to demonstrate the steps en route. So it’s almost like yes, you have your big goal and also you then have your rungs on your ladder that are supposedly taking you there even if then some of them turn out to have to change after 5 years because actually the landscape has changed and xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx
