My name is Alexia I was Customer Success Manager at Ferpection for 6 months The first day, we took care of us, which is quite rare. So it was really nice! They explained us the company strategy. As an early stage start-up, it is important to understand all stakes, decisions and where this is going. We got to know each others very quickly so the immersion was fast with the possibility to ask a lot of questions. A big advantage at Ferpection is that you can see your impact on the company. It can be through the responsibilites i had as i signed new clients like Orange or Vente-privée We always see the value of what we do for our clients Personnaly i always wanted to take initiatives and be an entrepreneur I would like to build my own start-up later My confidence and my knowledge of what a start-up is have evolved At Ferpection there is something very atypical, which is the leader-leader management Everyone has its project, mine was to set up a loyalty process for our clients Put the user at the center of all decisions Very often, people thought i was a founder of the company
